Founded in Paris in 1970, Francis Klein crafts and decorates its frames entirely in France — finished by hand with applied stones, hand-painting, feathers, and ornate detailing, most famously on bold cat-eye silhouettes. Each piece is a small, wearable objet, collected as much as worn, and found in only a handful of US boutiques.
