Photo Submission Terms

By submitting a photo through The View Eyewear ("we," "us"), you agree to the following:

Your rights

• You took the photo, or you otherwise hold the rights necessary to share it.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• If the photo shows an identifiable person, you have that person's permission to submit it for the purposes below.

License you grant

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, and feature your submitted photo (with your optional caption and the boutique/brand tag) on The View Eyewear and its related channels. You retain ownership of your photo. You may request removal at any time (see below) and we will honor it promptly.

What not to submit

• Photos you don't have the right to share, or third-party / brand marketing imagery.
• Anything unlawful, unsafe, hateful, or that depicts a minor as the subject.

Moderation & removal

Every submission is reviewed before it can appear publicly, and we may decline or remove any submission at our discretion. To remove a photo you submitted, or to report a photo that infringes your rights, email andy@gazaleyewear.com or see our takedown policy.

Your email is used only to confirm your submission and is not published.
